All items will be shipped to your PayPal address. PLEASE ENSURE THE ADDRESS ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS CORRECT BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE. We cannot be held responsible if your address is not up to date. Parcels ship from San Cristobal de Las Casas via Correos de Mexico registered mail, international air with tracking. Signature is required upon delivery. Transit time is in the hands of international postal service and customs officials, with international delivery times generally taking between 2-7 weeks (3 weeks is average to USA & Canada). If you would like expedited shipping through DHL please contact us for a quote, we are happy to arrange this for you! All ready to ship items are processed + shipped within 9 business days.

US Tracking: First use Trackingmore (see above) until the parcel clears customs in Mexico. Once your package crosses the border into the USA please use USPS.com where you can sign up for text and email updates online. Tracking will only show up on USPS once the package has entered the USA- if it has not been scanned yet that means it is still in transit in Mexico.


Elskan is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once a package has left our hands it is no longer our responsibility, buyer assumes all risk. All items are carefully wrapped with durability and long transport in mind. Buyers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees that may arise on International packages, as import duties are levied by the receiving country. In any case of mail marked undeliverable, unclaimed and/or returned by the post office, upon return delivery to us the parcel will be reshipped at the customer’s expense. We are unable to exchange items because they are made in limited numbers using unique fabrics, many are one of a kind. We cannot accept returns and we do not offer refunds, so please read through all item descriptions and our policies thoroughly.
